It must had been about midnight, no car was visable, and no speck of sound was heard. That girl was no ordinary girl from that small neighborhood. Every now and then neighbors would spot the girl scouting the street at almost midnight, then disaper by a specfic the corner. No one really knows or recongize who she is. You can try to take a good look at her but then all of a sudden your sight would blur, making you have light headaches. Others say that girl was no girl, they say she is the night walker, who would roam the streets looking for something. But you may have a different opinion about her, once you see her.

***After reading this don't try to look out your window at midnight, or you'll spot someone you didn't expect to see.

By: MCVYouth Connectionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11923512771277107915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8013300203292372561.post-61458438255668476322010-06-29T13:44:00.000-07:002010-06-29T13:56:30.910-07:00Summer SchoolThere was a boy who went to summer school for the time . He didn't want to go to school, but his mom force him to go. When first day of school he didn't know that his friends was in school with him until he got to his first period class and saw them. He went to hang out with them. It was still boring for him. When school ends he went home. The next day he went to school, it was still boring.
A couple days later he found out that summer school wasn't that bad, it was fun. He liked hanging out with his friends because they were having so much fun in all his classes. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil until the onions are translucent. Add the spices and chopped green peppers and simmer, covered, for 3 minutes, stirring often.

Remove the pan from the heat. When the lentils are tender, combine them with the sauteed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the won ton wrappers in half to form rectangles. Place a wrapper vertically on a flat surface and brush it with the beaten egg mixture. Put a rounded tablespoon of the filling on the lower end of one of the rectangles. Fold the left bottom corner up and over the filling until it meets the right edge of the wrapper and forms a triangle. Next, flip the filled triangle up and over, folding along its upper edge. Then fold it over to the left on the diagonal. Continue folding until you reach the end of the wrapper and have formed a neat triangular package. Repeat this process with the other won ton wrapper rectangles. Deep-fry each pastry until golden in 2 or 3 inches of oil heated to 360F. You can keep the fried sambussas in a warm oven until they are all prepared and ready to be served. Sambussas are best eaten hot.Youth Connectionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11923512771277107915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8013300203292372561.post-6944606560219353412010-04-06T14:14:00.000-07:002010-04-06T14:28:58.008-07:00Hmong CountriesHi Im ChristyVang How I Dress Up Is Wear Hmong Cloths Then When Im Done I Have To Fix The Back And The Front So It Could Look Nice Then I Will Have To Make Sure The Shirt I s Perfect And Match The Dress So It Could Match Perfectly And Check If It Match Then When Your Done Fix Up Your Hair Then Your Almost Done Just Put Some Shoese's On.And That's It.Youth Connectionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11923512771277107915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8013300203292372561.post-56637583994745561732010-03-04T15:46:00.000-08:002010-03-04T15:51:22.468-08:00RECIPE FOR FRIED NOODLE

FRIED NOODLE

Ingredients :

1/4 cup
2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons
4
2 cloves
2 teaspoons
300g
150g
100g
1
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons
300g
White sesame seeds
Cooking oil
Sesame oil
Onions, chopped
Garlic, finely chopped
Red chili, finely chopped
Raw prawns, peeled and de-veined
Firm tofu, diced
Button mushrooms, thinly sliced
Red pepper (capsicum), cut into thin strips
Water
Soy sauce
Sugar
Hokkien noodles
Method :
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, shaking the pan gently, until the seeds are golden brown; remove the seeds from the pan at once to prevent burning.
Crush the seeds in a food mill or with a mortar and pestle.
Combine the oils in a small bowl and pour about half into a wok or a large heavy-based frying pan.
Heat over moderately high heat.
Stir-fry the onion, garlic, chili and prawns for 2 minutes; remove from pan and set aside.
Stir-fry the tofu, tossing it occasionally until it is lightly golden; remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and add the mushrooms and red pepper; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until just crisp.
Add the water, soy sauce, sugar and boodles to the pan.
Toss gently to separate and coat the noodles in liquid.
Cover and steam for 5 minutes; toss well.
Add the prawns and tofu; toss for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Sprinkle with crushed sesame seeds and serve.
Youth Connectionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11923512771277107915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8013300203292372561.post-39920207131778454622010-03-04T15:45:00.000-08:002010-03-04T15:51:02.348-08:00Orange Chicken
Mai Der Vue
Why i like Orange is that it looks tasty and
i haven't tryed it so i want to try it and see if it is good

Ingredients
Sauce:
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Pour 1 1/2 cups water, orange juice, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and soy sauce into a saucepan and set over medium-high heat.
