The Perfect Winter Break

Having the perfect winter break would be like celebrating Christmas with the family, opening presents and giggling, and having a good time, but my ideal of having a perfect winter break is to sleep in! I would also like to go sledding, play snowball fight, make snow angels and build snowman. Don't got much to do, not much plans, but I think that's what I'm going to do.

Her friend said that if the old lady ever knocked the best way to get rid of her is to say, "Be gone crone!" The girl was already frightened just hearing her friend talk about the old lady. She lied to her friend that she needs to go do something with her mom so they hung up. The girl sat on the bed and took out a book to read but she couldn't keep her eyes off of the window. Then just as she started to get into her book she heard a loud thumping noise knocking on her window. She grew scared and walked up to the window to see what it was. Then the knocking stopped. She was relieved. As she walked back to her bed the knocking came back. She was annoyed thinking that maybe her friend was playing jokes on her so she went to the window and opened the curtains. Just on the window was an old, pale, bloody lady with a white dress, the girl started screaming and fell to the ground. The old lady got in and started crawling towards her. She screamed even louder but no one seems to hear her. The old lady opened her mouth. "Ahhh.." she said. The girl woke up screaming sitting on her classroom desk looking around. He is scared that they will lose their culture, their traditons and their language as they become more familair with the new lifestyle. One day there was a girl named Stacy she and her friend were planing to play a game in the dark and the game was hide-and-seek,they were talking that who is going to be the seeker and it was Stacy.Stacy was counting to 50 when she was done counting to 50 she start to find her friends she found 2 of her friends and went back to find the other three she fond one and still went back to find the other two, Stacy was finding every where but she can't find them so she yelled "YOU GUYS CAN COME OUT NOW"but they didn't came,Stacy and her friend the ones she found in the game went home. The next day Stacy told her grandfather and her dad that yesterday they were playing hide-and-seek at night and her two friends was not found me and my friends thought that they were taking away.So my dad and grandfather went to search for the two girls and they saw two bloody shirts and two bloody pants so that means that they are dead.

After the party, Jimmy walked home because he had no ride at this time of the night. He had to walked pass the cemetary in order to get to his house which is about another block away. As he made his way to the cemetary, he blinked and saw a white figure. He got kind of scared, but he kept on walking. He thought to himself that it was nothing. So as he kept walking, he saw the white figure again and again. This time Jimmy was really frighten. He walked faster and then he started to run. But even though he ran he still see the figure wherever and whenever he blinked. Then he reached his home. He went inside and told his brother about what he had seen. Then his brother smacked him on the head and said, "Dude! You have a piece of rice on the corner of your eye."

In an eerie night the sky was pitch black, one step outside it didnt make any diffrence if you close or open eyes. Melrose layed hoplessly across the leather couch waiting inpatinlety for the little pathetic rick or treaters to bang on her door.
Bang-Bang!! a huge thunder that was enough to make her skin stick out and make her leap off her couch.She paced to the door she griped the door knob with heat shaking in her hand she opened a small crease to peak out and see who it was.
She saw a mysterious man with a black hood. Quickly,the man grabbed her by the neck and pointed a bloody sharp knife at her neck.
The razor sharp blade amied straight at her neck.He saunterd forward a growl ripped through his bared teeth.He aggresively threw her on the couch and said"i need you to love me". he spit it through his teeth. Right at that moment her heart vibarated with immense fear while his trickled with bloodlust.she voilently threw him out the door and leaned against it with all her strength. she called the cops and let the cops take care of him.

Polar Bears


Polar Bears live in mostly Antarctica. They can only survive in cold weather because they need the ice to breed, that is why they have thick coats to protect their body from the cold. Polar bears can have up to three cubs. The cubs will hang on and depend on their mother until they are old enough to hunt and live by themselves. They are carnivores, meaning that they eat meat, such seals, and whatever they can find. They mostly hunt underwater. As the weather changes, the polar bears are losing their home due to global warming. As the ice melt, Polar bears loses their home because they rely on the ice to survive, to breed, and for shelter. That is why you should help the environment by recycling and help make earth a better place so that animals such as the Polar bear doesn't lose their homes.

The people who lives in Mt. Airy are residents of Saint Paul, both old and young. There are many variety of cultures such as Hmong, Somalians, Hispanics, Vietnamese, African Americans, etc. Mt. Airy is big with a lot of hills and it contains many houses that basically all look alike. It's a place where you can get together with your family and friends, laugh and play, and just enjoy what Mt. Airy has to offer. It's an awesome place to meet new people and learn new things.
